Sadly, there is a man out there that is robbing, stripping and sexually assaulting teenagers. All this was at gunpoint........
It happened at about 11:45 p.m. on July 23 in the 4400 block of Elmbank Avenue, in front of the girls' home.
The girls are ages 12 to 17.
The attacker had a handgun. Before leaving, he took the girls' cellphones, police said....
