ACCRA FILM SCHOOL TO HOLD SCREENWRITING WORKSHOP back

The Accra Film School is holding a series of exciting workshops dubbed “FILMMAKING 101”. The first workshop is a two-day seminar on Screenwriting being held at the British Council, Accra, on the 13 & 14 of July, 2012 from 8am – 4:30pm each day.


This interactive workshop aims to equip freelance filmmakers, aspiring screenwriters and film enthusiasts with the fundamental writing skills required to create compelling and marketable film and television productions.
Accra Film School seeks to educate, stimulate and inspire Ghana’s growing film industry in through these informative workshops.

Facilitators for the Screenwriting workshop are:
Tash Morgan a graduate of The University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and an experienced Television and Film Producer; and
Nii Kwate Quartey a Pan African Filmmaker and graduate of NAFTI, Accra.

The Accra Film School is a professional training institution offering certificate courses in Filmmaking certified by the Ghana Education Service. It is registered as a limited liability company under the laws of Ghana to conduct business in Filmmaking and Training.
